Warehouse - Lead

This is a fully onsite role at our Fairburn Location. 

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead based in Fairburn, GA to assist with daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and strict safety compliance 

We are currently hiring for the following shifts: 

Inbound 1st Shift Monday through Thursday from 5:00am to 3:30pm.

Weekend 2nd Shift Friday through Sunday from 5:00pm to 5:00am. 

About the Role

How you will contribute

• Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
• Assist with monitoring daily KPI’s, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions & productivity administration is completed accurately and on time.
• Provide back up and support to the Supervisor and to represent him/her fully in periods of absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings, etc.) when required.
• Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy.
• Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in the warehouse operations and activities.

• Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business.

• Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

• HS Diploma / GED.
• Experience in a Lead role.
• Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.
• Prior forklift experience.
