This is a 100% remote position where you’ll work with warm leads , meet with clients virtually, and help families find insurance solutions that truly fit their needs.
What You’ll Do:
Follow up with pre-qualified, interested leads
Conduct virtual appointments with clients
Educate families on coverage options
Maintain a consistent weekly work schedule
Participate in ongoing training and mentorship
Compensation & Growth:
100% commission-based pay
Typical first-year earnings range from $70,000–$125,000
Opportunities for leadership and override income
Performance bonuses and incentive trips
