About the Role
This is not a traditional call‑center job.
The CSR / Dispatcher role exists for one clear purpose:
keep our technicians busy producing revenue by booking quality service appointments and following up on opportunities.
This role operates in a structured, systems‑driven environment with clear expectations, defined processes, and measurable outcomes.
If you enjoy clarity, accountability, and being rewarded directly for performance, you'll likely thrive here.
If you prefer loosely defined roles, constant reassurance, or guaranteed pay regardless of output, this role will not be a good fit.
What You'll Be Doing
- Answer inbound customer calls and book service appointments
- Make outbound calls when the schedule is not full, including:
- Following up on unsold estimates
- Calling past customers and members
- Reactivating older opportunities
- Support dispatch by keeping the board full, accurate, and organized
- Ensure customers are informed, confident, and properly scheduled
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and calmly with customers
- Follow established scripts, systems, and workflows designed to maximize booking quality
This is a call‑focused role . You are not just answering phones — you are responsible for outcomes.
Compensation (Read Carefully)
This position has a low hourly base plus performance pay :
- Hourly base: $12–$14/hour (based on experience)
- $10 for every inbound call you successfully book
- $20 for every outbound call you successfully book
Strong performers earn significantly more than hourly‑only roles.
Performance pay is earned through quality bookings — not volume alone.

- You do not avoid outbound calls when needed
- You follow systems and scripts without needing reminders
- You take ownership of problems and either solve them or bring solutions
- You care about booking quality, accuracy, and follow‑through
