Location: Fayetteville, GA, 30214
Job Type: 24-week contractual + extensions
Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:30 - 18:00)
Working Hours: 4x10 & 5x8
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs to improve patients' functional abilities across diverse settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to develop personalized treatment plans.
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), promoting independence and safety in their routines.
Required Qualifications:GA State OT License
Lymphedema Certification
NBCOT
BLS (AHA) Certification
