Position Description
We are seeking a Product Support Analyst/Systems Analyst to support a fast paced digital engagement team. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring requirements are translated into effective technical solutions. The position combines traditional systems analysis responsibilities with ongoing operational support. An ideal candidate will be able to triage and troubleshoot APIs related to various applications.

This position can be fully remote within the US.

Future duties and responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Partner closely with development teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Create detailed documentation, including use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Support ongoing product enhancements and system improvements.
• Manage and maintain Offer Template configurations, ensuring accuracy and ongoing updates.
• Provide operational support for loyalty related functionality and issue resolution.
• Triage and respond to issues raised by internal teams, customers, and field users. Investigate system issues and collaborate with technical teams to drive resolution. Balance project based work with day to day operational support needs.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Experience in a Systems Analyst, Product Support, App Support or similar role
• Experience with various tools, Atlassian, Postman, AWS, Amplitude.
• Strong experience gathering requirements and working with development teams.
• Proven ability to create clear, structured documentation and use cases.
• Experience supporting production systems and responding to user issues.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required.
• Ability to work across both project delivery and operational support functions
• Databricks, SQL, GO and QA experience preferred.

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 $158,700.00.
