Why you should join us: Positive, team-focused, and inviting work environment with opportunities for advancementHealth insurance medical, dental, and visionAdditional benefits to include: life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 401k with generous match, flexible spending account (FSA) and tax-free health savings account (HSA)Paid-time off and paid holidays Full gym with group fitness classes and personal trainers Collaborative office environment equipped with walking treadmills, open work space and casual office dress code$100 employee referral bonus Rogers Caf (fully stocked coffee, beverages, snacks, etc.)Other exceptional perks Responsibilities: Monitors technicians time by means of GPS Processes time for technicians nationwide Submits timesheets to payroll department weekly Checks deadlines on all incoming requests and takes initiative on appropriate priorities Prepares special reports per supervisor request Communicates with the project assistants as well as managers in regards to time Other duties as assigned Experience & Skills: Associates Degree; or a minimum of 2 years of previous administrative experience Proficiency in MS Office Suite; strong emphasis in Microsoft Excel Ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency and complete them in a timely and professional manner Previous experience with California time is a plus Must have strong attention to detail Ability to work in both group and individual settings Flexible-open to working overtime when needed Interpersonal Skillsmaintains confidentiality, remains open to others ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things Oral communicationspeaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrates group presentation skills and conducts meetings Written Communicationedits work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively and is able to read and interpret written information Quality controldemonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality Adaptabilityadapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events Dependabilityconsistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance Rogers is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes everyone to apply.
