Contract Admin

Do you have at least 3 years of experience reviewing contracts? If so, this opportunity is for you! A client Atlanta has a need for an experienced Contract Administrator Specialist. This position will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the administration of the company's commercial insurance programs. Must be proficient with Adobe, MS Excel, and reading contracts. Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and distribute risk exposure data to insurance underwriters/brokers for evaluation and placement of coverage

• Identify, evaluate, and provide recommendations to help manage the company’s risks and review respective insurance binders, policies, and endorsements for accuracy, completeness, and consistency

• Responsible for coordinating and compiling data relative to insurance audits (i.e., ocean marine, auto, workers compensation)

• Process insurance premium and department-related invoices for payment

• Maintain policy database

• Coordinate the issuance of Certificates of Insurance and Self-Insured letters for 3rd parties

• Surety bond issuance and ongoing maintenance

• Assist in special projects as needed

• Support in the overall daily functions of Risk Management
